STOP THE VOID CHARITY DINNER
Join us Sunday, September 27th for a special 5-course dinner featuring Michelin-starred guest chefs John Shields (Smyth & The Loyalist), E.J. Lagasse (Emeril's), and Michael Cimarusti (Providence) at Citrin & Mélisse, benefitting Stop the Void.
Stop the Void is an organization formed to bring to the public's attention, through education, awareness and legislative advocacy, the immediate danger of sudden death associated with the use of illicit drugs, in particular fentanyl, and other emerging synthetic drugs.
This charity is close to Chef Josiah's heart. After losing his son, Augie, at 23 years old, Chef Citrin has dedicated his time to spreading awareness of fentanyl poisoning in the hopes that his work can help at least one person. Chef Citrin has been working closely with Stop the Void, a group comprised of parents who have lost their loved ones to illicit drugs.
